16 fl oz. can, canned 10/04/23. Another fresherton from Phase Three Brewing. This one an IPA with vic secret, simcoe, and amarillo hops.
A: Pours a nice crisp golden orange colored body, more yellow to it than your traditional IPA. Beer appears unfiltered, with some sediment gathered. Finger of doughy white froth. Looks excellent.
S: Wonderfully fresh & floral, with some dry rye-like graininess to it. Herbal & earthy smelling.
T: Taste follows - super fresh, floral, notes of white berry and stone fruit. Again, hint of dry earthy grainy rye. Slightly orangey & citric as I sip, biscuity, malty.. It's good.
F: Smooth, crisp, clean. Super light & easy-drinking.
Overall, excellent, Quenching. Phase Three has quickly become one of my favorite Illinois breweries.
