Nearly 7 pounds per barrel of hand-selected Mosaic paired with El Dorado and Idaho 7. Berries, cherries and hard candy on a pillowy soft body.

A: The beer is very hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin collar around the edge and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of stone fruit are present in the nose along with hints of candy.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of berries and pears. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The El Dorado hops really seem to stand out in the smell and taste of this beer. It goes down easily considering its strength.
