We took a fairly simple grain bill comprised of pilsner malt and hit it with a large whirlpool and dry-hopping of 100% Citra hops. We took our house lager yeast and fermented it super clean to provide a unique, very hop expressive profile. A lager that drinks like an IPA. Crisp, light, super hoppy and a wonderful edition to our Pixel lineup.
