16oz can
packaged on 01-09-2023
L: thick pillow of off-white foam slowly fades atop an orange juice looking DDHDIPA
S: it’s a citrus bomb! orange juice, tropical fruit, grapefruit, lemon-lime, mint
T: pithy grapefruit & orange juice & zest, pine, tropical goodness, mint, vegetal hops
F: full body, zesty & tangy on the tongue, moderate carbonation, finish is zesty citrus and bitter pine
O: another Phase Three beauty. I’m usually not a fan of Motueka hops, but they mix in nicely here

poured from a 16oz can into a stemless wine glass. pours a turbid gold-ish orange with two fingers of fluffy white head. beautiful pour as the foam settles into a thin blanket of white atop of hazy orange liquid. pithy orange, dank weed, bubblegum and a touch of pine on the nose - this is a nice combination of hops. taste is similar with a very dank, resinous finish. medium-full mouthfeel. fairly smooth (a little tinge of alcohol burn as it warms) and creamy. this was an excellent DIPA, which i have found to be a consistent theme with P3 for me as long as there’s no lactose or fruit added.
