Cloudy, but not opaque, golden color. Lightly effervescent. Frothy white head.

Aroma has notes of straw, white bread, and grassy mildly spicy hops.

Taste follows the nose with notes of white bread, straw, with the hops bringing in some light grass, lemon grass, lemon zest and lemon rind notes.

Feel is light and crisp, easy drinking and brightly carbonated.

Overall a very nice Italian pils.

Clear yellow body with a full white head and visible carbonation. Cracker, floral hops, biscuit and slight grass shape the nose. Taste is much the same, but has good depth of the dry yeast flavors before the dry hops come in. Feel is crisp, bright, thin, dry, and well hopped. Crushable and authentic with new world flair

a crispy, carbonated pour from a 16oz can into a tall new glarus pilsner glass yields a golden, bubbly liquid with over 4 fingers of frothy white head if you count the foam towering over the rim of the glass. spicy hop aroma like a czech pils, bread-like aromas typical of the german style, dry-hopped like americans tend to do and effervescent and dry like italians tend do it. taste has more of a crackery malt forward flavor to it with a touch of spice from the hops. smooth mouthful, although not as crisp and carbonated as one might suspect from the nose. overall, very drinkable. maybe not quite as crushable as P3 pils or it’s german or czech counterparts but still a really excellent pilsner.
