We paired Wai-iti, one of New Zealand's most exciting hop varieties, up with some old friends Citra and Motueka, and the flavor profile on this beer is incredible. Notes of peach, apricot, red apple and lime sit upon a lush base.

16 ounce can into a tulip snifter. Had 5/3/23.
Pours a hazy orange yellow, with a two inch head of spongy foam with good retention and a decent amount of foamy lacing. Aromas of pineapple, orange, peach, a little melon. Smells a little dank. Flavors of pineapple, peach, orange, light melon, a little pine, malt, a light hop bitterness, some lemon as it warms. Smooth, a very good lighter body, well carbonated.
Very citrusy overall, but the peach aroma and flavor is a standout. Great flavor, a little less aromatic. Very nice.

The look is like the sun smiling down on you. The smell is tropical fruits. Mango, orange, lemon, and pineapple. The taste is amazing! Zesty lemon, lime, honeydew, pineapple, and mango. The mouthfeel is pillowy soft, south, soupy, with low carbonation. Overall, this beer is absolutely remarkable!
