A new collaboration beer with our friends at Maplewood. We took an 8% Double IPA and piled gobs of peach and apricot on top, resulting in a delicious stone fruit-infused hazy treat.

16 ounce can into a tulip snifter. Canned 2/15/22, had 4/11/22.
Pours a hazy yellow orange, with a two inch foamy head on an aggressive pour with a little foamy lacing. Aromas of peach, apricot, malt, light yeast. Smells grassy. Flavors of malt, some peach and apricot, a general citrus flavor. Tastes grassy and floral. Smooth, drier than expected, a very good lighter body that has some viscosity to it, appropriately carbonated.
Hmm, these seem like the notes of a crazy man, but I do remember liking it pretty well. The apricot and peaches showed well. Lots of hop presence with no bitterness.
