Served from tap in a snifter at Consume.
Pours a slightly pale Sunny D topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises citrus zest, sweet flowers, mild lemongrass, sweet biscuit, and a mild twinge of mixed greens in the back. The taste brings in more of the same, the fruits and plants colliding pretty equally. I have heard someone describe the overall feel as "bittersweet", and it's hard for me to argue with that. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. Another solid hazy offering from the P3 folks.
