Served from the tap in a willibecher at Phase Three's taproom.
Pours a cloudy OJ topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises wet grass, lemon zest, orange zest, grapefruit zest, light biscuit, and a pinch of cardamom. The taste brings in more of the same, the fruits leaning more toward their respective piths, the grass getting stronger, and some pine needles showing up every now and again to say "hi". The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation, a fluid feel, and a slightly drying finish. A nice bit of haze, really, though not something I would find myself revisiting all that often, to be honest.
