Phase Three Brewing Company

The first beer in our newest series of Barrel-Aged Beer, Blend. The focus on the series will be a precise showcase of different base beers or different casks or both! For our first Blend we did 75% of Our 2021 Arabesque (dark English Barleywine) and the base of Pressed (our Imperial Porter) base that we aged for 12 months in freshly-emptied Heaven Hill casks, after that we aged it an additional 13 months in a V.S. Cognac cask. Perhaps the most complex beer we've done at Phase Three and one we're quite proud of.
