Served from the tap in a stemless taster at the P3 taproom.
Pours a cloudy gold-brass topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises grapefruit pith, grass, orange peel, light biscuit, light powdered sugar, and a hint of papaya. The taste brings in more of the same, the citrus rinds and grass taking a vocal center stage. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a mostly drying finish. A nice hazy boi, nothing special, but decidedly drinkable.
