American pale ale featuring the mighty Centennial hops. With a pungent citrus aroma, some notes of grapefruit and pine, this is a beer for hop heads, old and new.

Released 6/2/23; drank 6/10/23 @ the Yarchives.
Semi-opaque dull orange/yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice off-white head; strong tree-rung lace remained.
Cat piss, peanut butter, table sugar & grapefruit notes in the nose. Extremely NOT my jam, thus far.
Medium thick mouthfeel.
Tangy grapefruit & peanut butter flavors up front; cat piss, grapefruit Jolly Rancher and some booze heat notes on the finish.
I found this...awful, frankly. Maybe I hate Centennial hops? Regardless, I definitely hate this beer.

Had on tap. Murky pale yellow body with a fat finger of white foam and moderate lacing. Dank and weedy hops lead the nose with grapefruit and lime zest. Taste is more hazy than pale, piney, weedy, and dank hops dominate like an ipa, grapefruit, lemon peel, and slight onion accent. Feel is hoppy, bitter, yet light and crushable, with slight paleness about halfway through the sip. A touch thin for me. Like the idea more than I did the execution

Served from the tap in a stemless taster at the P3 taproom.
Pours a partly cloudy sickly brass topped by a finger of dirty white foam. The nose comprises grass, wet wheat, light mixed greens, light biscuit, and a touch of musty grapefruit rind. The taste brings in more of the same, the straightforward vegetal bitterness coming across mostly clean. The body is a rather light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a dry finish. A solid pale, though not really something I would keep in heavy rotation.
