Served from the tap in a snifter at Consume.
Pours a hazy sunset golden-amber topped by a finger of dirty white foam. The nose comprises grapefruit zest, orange zest, mild honey, light peach (maybe apricot?), biscuit, and a touch of sweet caramel. The taste brings in more of the same, the honey and fruits taking firm control. The body is a light-leaning medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. A rather enjoyable TIPA to be sure.
