We've all seen the shipping status - Out For Delivery - and it can mean so many different things. For us, it now means delicious 7.8% hazy Double IPA with Simcoe and Centennial.

Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (5% clarity) medium to pale yellow color with a strong white head. SRM of 6. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange, lemon, pineapple, mango. (4.25)
Flavor: Strong flavors of orange, lemon, pineapple, papaya, mango. A touch of apricot and pine rounds out the end. (4.00)
Feel: Medium bodied, appropriate, carbonation, finishes, balanced, and smooth. (4.00)
Compared to Toppling Goliath Fire, Skulls, & Money 12/24: Pours lighter, stronger aromas. More lemon, apricot, mango. Less floral, white grape, grapefruit.
1/25: More sweet lemon, pineapple mango. Less grapefruit citrus and pine.
Compared to Drekker Seal Of The Deal 1/25: Pours lighter, stronger head. Milder aromas. More lemon, pineapple, mango, stonefruit. Less green guava, melon, apple, and floral notes.
Compared to Phase Three Snow Pants 1/25: Pours darker, similar head. Milder aromas. Less tropical berries and dank pine. More sweet lemon, pineapple, papaya.
to Hop Butcher Best Buds 2/25: Pour lighter, darker aromas. Less tropical berry. More lemon and pineapple. Winner: Phase Three.
to Phase Three Unchecked Imagination 2/25: Pours identical, stronger head. More tangerine, apricot, pine. Less smooth orange, lime, green melon.
to Phase Three Be Cappy 2/25: Pours identical, similar aromas. Less tangerine, yuzu, dank pine. More stonefruit, apricot, and tropical melon.
Overall: A good IPA from Phase Three. Interesting hop combo. Interesting hop combo for a NEIPA of Centennial and Simcoe. Some yellow lemon, pineapple, mango from Simcoe with some hints of apricot and pine from Centennial. Very nice. (Rating: 4.05)
