Copenhagen 1/12 2025. 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Light yellow can with som house plants in a dull shade of green.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin but frothy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a juicy and zesty scent of citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Whiff of alcohol. Tart grapefruit and lime. A little sharp.
Light carbonation- Medium thick, soft, a bit viscous, creamy, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
A potent and zesty House Plant.

16oz can. Can bottom stamp reads 'PACKAGED 06-07-2023'.
Hazy, pale gold colored body. Three fingers of soapy white head, which maintains a cap to the bottom of the glass. Leaves behind horizontal rings of lacing.
Aroma of overripe fruit - orange, strawberry, and melon.
Taste has its share of onion, a touch of pine, and flavors of melon, mango, orange, and strawberry. Fruity in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouth feel. Some tongue sting. Very good carbonation.
Intense hop flavors, and a body that keeps its head.

I tried a 5oz sample of this beer off the tapper at the brewery. It poured a smoothie like hazy pale yellow with white head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent had nice tropical fruit peel notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with good citrus presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.
