We decided to take one of our favorite hazies with Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy, and bring it to the West Coast!
For this West Coast version, we added a few more stars to the batch and used Star Party yeast from Omega Yeast to ferment. Star Party is a thiolized version of a traditional ale yeast that creates flavors of passionfruit, pink guava and citrus zest.
