Tar black body, opaque; thick, large bubble frothy and light tan head. Intense aroma of milk chocolate, sweet cocoa, lightly roasted coffee. Divine flavors; rich milk chocolate with a sublime underlying dark roast coffee presence; brown sugar and vanilla suggestions; rich sweetness with a moderate to light sense of bitterness. Heavy, chewy mouthfeel; thick residual sugar note.
This is an incredible imperial porter infused with coffee. The heavy sweetness presence isn't cloying, just rich and satisfying on the palate. The ABV is well-hidden within the grain and coffee elements.
Pouring temperature: 44 °F; canning info: PACKAGED ON ??-07-2022

A 1 pint can, canned on 7th July 2022 (maybe but hard to read), poured into a snifter glass.
Appearance: Black in colour with a thin brown head that dissipated fairly quickly while leaving only sparse lacing.
Aroma: Light roast, vanilla, milk sugar, caramel, waffle biscuit, with light cinnamon notes.
Taste: Sweet, light roast, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, waffle, with notes of granola and cinnamon, while being a touch bitter on the finish.
Mouthfeel: Creamy, full bodied, sticky, with soft carbonation.
Overall: If a beer has to be sweet, stroopwafel aromas and flavours definitely work for me, and in this case, it was incorporated very nicely with coffee, making for an enjoyable sipper.

And we press on with another Pressed release from Phase Three. Stroopwafel comes with a big punch of that caramel ribbon. The coffee is always dominant and I respect that consistency. The Stroop is one of the better blending of flavors on this line.

16oz can from Tavour. Black pour, fizzy beige head fades to flat. Aroma is chocolate, cinnamon, light coffee. Taste brings more chocolate, vanilla, coffee, honey, cinnamon. Coffee bitterness lingers. Slick, not too heavy, ABV is masked well.

poured from a 16oz can into a TG MD snifter. pours a semi see through brown but gathers in the glass a light black with virtually no head. a thin collar of mocha brown foam presides around the rim of the glass. roasted malts, light toffee and chocolate and a kiss of cinnamon on the nose. as it warms there’s a slight alcohol sting. taste is chocolate, caramel, light coffee and cinnamon. i don’t get a lot of coffee but it’s still a nice flavor combination. incredibly full mouthfeel that finishes thick and sticky. drinks like an imperial stout. another enjoyable pressed entry. this one was actually less sweet then i thought it was going to be. lots of caramel, toffee and a bit of cinnamon. really good.
