a: golden straw in color. extremely thick egg shell head. This thing would not recede.
s: wet grass
t: pungent C-hop flavor.
m: slightly oily. medium body & carbonation. very dry. Like I had to drink a glass of water immediately after drinking this beer dry.
o: Enjoyed this WCIPA with the terpenes adding an interesting dimension. Look forward to PT revisiting the use of these in future IPAs.
