Purchased as a single 6oz pour from The Blue Door for $4. Poured into a half-pint glass.
L - Pours an extremely opaque grapefruit, with a one-finger sudsy off-white head. Laces well. Head retains well.
S - Ethanol, citron, and pine. Grapefruit rind. Orange peel.
T - Follows nose exactly, with an additional backing of biscuit & pineapple. Guava. Balanced throughout. Finish is more on the bitter end, with a grapefruit peel note.
F - Medium-full in body, with slight carbonation. A bit heavy for the style. Warming.
O - Relatively average. I figure that even for an IPA lover, this leaves something to be desired. Probably won't get this again, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Indecipherable canning date
Appearance: Pours a nearly completely hazy (5-10% clarity), medium orange color with a strong white head. SRM of 7. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong and juiyc aromas of papaya, pineapple, sweet peach and strawberry.
Flavor: Strong and juicy flavors of seet papaya, pineapple, orange,. Then some notes of peach and strawberry mango underneath. Juicy and sweet on the finish.
Feel: Heavier-bodied, lower carbonation not quite to match. Finishes juicy, slightly resinous and leans sweet.
Compared to Toppling Goliath Fire Skulls and Money 3/2023: Pours darker, similar head. Milder aromas. More sweet papaya, peach, strawberry. Less orange citrus, flower, pine. Heavier, sweeter and sticker. Winner: Toppling Goliath
Compared to BlackStack Side Hustle 3/2023: More strawberry, and melon. Less orange citrus, pineapple, mango. Smoother and softer but less juicy.
Compared to BlackStack TDH Pocket Dial 3/2023: Pours darker, More strawberry and melon. Less green citrus, lemon, lime, guava, and green melon. Smoother and softer.
Overall: A decent NEIPA from Phase 3, but not quite up to the level I expected. Juicy papaya, strawberry, pineapple/mango/melon. But leans a bit too heavy and sweet. Not enough carbonation or bite to dry the palate so sort of sticky. (Rating: 4.00)

Canned 9/17/22. Cloudy pale orange, light fluffy head and lacing. Smell is bright, citrusy, notes of orange, pineapple, lemon, guava. Taste presents the same flavors, but fades rather quickly. Light to medium bodied, slight alcohol presence, slightly dry finish. If it could have kept the flavors up, I would give it a higher rating.
