Appearance: Pours a mostly hazy (10% clarity) medium and dusky golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 6-8. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange citrus, white, grape, pineapple. Some guava. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of orange rind, citrus, white, grape, zesty, pineapple, guava rind. Citrus seed juicy, but also green come as zesty and clean. (4.00)
Feel: Medium body, strong carbonation. Finishes zesty and dry. (4.25)
Compared to Phase Three DDH Trio of Stars 1/2024: Pours nearly identical. Milder aromas. Less tropical pineapple, melon, berries. More grapefruit, guava, citrus rind. More zesty and dry.
Compared to Hop Butcher Kielbasa King 2/2024: Pours darjer, milder head. Similar aromas. Less sweet lime, honeydew melon, green grape. More citrus and floral notes. More spritzy, floral, and dry.

Overall: Promising hop combination with Mosaic, Vic Secret, and Strata. Focuses on the Vic Secret and Strata here. These combine nicely for grapefruit rind, zesty pineapple, and guava. It's zesty, dry, and has a bite. Clean, but an excellent flavor profile. Goes down extremely clean for the ABV. This one is excellent! (Rating: 4.08+, I'd put it at about 4.20)
