Excellent beer. Would be a regular for me if it were more readily available.

Poured from 16oz can into my 8th Wonder chalice. Canned 11/2/23.
Appearance: dusky orange hue with plenty of haze and two fingers of frothy ivory foam atop. The head leaves a nice chunky lace on the glass as well -- it's pretty!
Smell: sweet with a mix of citrus rind, dankness, and tropical fruits, although all covered by a kind of sharp overtone. It's got some good elements, but it's not the best hazy out there. It is a couple months old at this point ... is that long enough to damage a beer like this?
Taste: sweet malt with an earthy, citrusy hop character, and a somewhat pronounced bitterness for the style. It doesn't have that sharpness that bothered me so much in the aroma, which is nice.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this beer has some flaws, for sure. I can't speak to whether they're due to the age (I mean, it's only two months old, and has been presumably stored cold for that time), or if this beer just isn't really my jam. Seeing as another reviewer here had a 4-month old can and really seemed to enjoy it, I am leaning toward the latter.

16oz can from Tavour. Murky amber pour with a one finger fluffy white head. Aroma is mango, melon and floral notes. Taste is fruity and sweet, tropical fruit, mango, hand soap. Creamy feel with a lingering floral taste. I'm really, really starting to dig these guys. First for their German styles, now for their IPAs.

Overall: An excellent NEIPA from Phase 3. An annual all-Nelson showcase from @phasethreebrew. Nelson is an amazing hop from the vinous white grape and floral citrus notes it provides. It's incredibly complex. One of the best showcases of the Nelson hop and this could be a regular in the Phase Three lineup. (Rating: 4.30)
