16oz can. Bottom stamp reads 'PACKAGED ON 08-16-2023'.
Hazy, pale to medium gold colored body. Two fingers of white head and this becomes a partial cap and a high ring. Leaves behind wide rings and small webs of lacing.
Aroma of lime, passionfruit, and lemon. When warmed there is an herb smell.
Taste is rich, with depth. Mature flavors of mango, papaya, lime, lemon, and with lesser contributions from citrus and berry. Generally sweet, with very little bitterness. Long lasting fruity sweet aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Very balanced presentation, neither too overly sweet and with minimal bitterness (just some earthy hops).
Very presentable at four months in the can. Excellently constructed brew.
