This double dry-hopped hazy double IPA features HS17701, this experimental hop varietal developed by @hopsteiner - fruit forward with notes of bright yuzu, peach, and ripe apricot. HS17701 melds perfectly with El Dorado & Mosaic, also fruit-forward hops, for the juiciest of brews.

poured from a 16oz can into a willi becher pint glass. pours a murky light orange with three fingers of frothy white foam head. pineapple, orange, pine and a bit of alcohol burn on the nose. taste mostly follows. a little less alcohol and a bit more pine and orange marmalade. medium-full mouthfeel. pretty good. not exactly hazy in appearance. that’s really my only knock. the hop combination is good. very juicy with a nice bitterness to it.
