Canned 7/5/23 (approximately 3 months ago)
Appearance: Pours a nearly completely hazy (10% clarity) light to medium golden color with a strong and lacy white head that lingers. SRM of 7. (4.25)
Aroma: Strong aromas of grapefruit, lime, green berries. Some honeydew melon and berry sweetness underneath. (4.25)
Flavor: Strong flavors of orange, tangerine, dank berries, herbs, pine. Some lime and pine off the end. (4.00)
Feel: Medium body, average carbonation finishes slightly sweet and dank. (4.00)
Compared to Phase 3 DDH Pearlescent Tides 9/2023: Pours lighter, stronger head. More balanced and less dank aromas. Less dank pine, herbs, earthy berries. More juicy grapefruit, lime, green pine. Slightly more balanced and dry. Winner: Graduated Color, but comes down to preference.
Overall: Pretty decent haze once again from Phase 3. Nothing out of the ordinary with the Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic, but some nice rounded flavors overall for a bit of grapefruit, lime, and dank pine.
