One of the thickest stouts I've had to date, this one definitely is reminiscent of a liquid version of a raspberry chocolate truffle. It's sweet, syrupy, fruity, and has a nice chewy viscocity to it thanks to the high gravity mash combined with an appropriate amount of carb. Slight ding on the appearance, where there was some sediment settling to the bottom of the glass (including what seemed to be an actual raspberry seed??)
