Eunoia 14 is a blend of barrel aged imperial stouts aged between 20 and 25 months in whiskey casks then aged with maple syrup, Saigon cinnamon, and finished with toasted and raw coconut. Originally introduced as a very popular What Could Be variant for our 2021 Minutiae release, we decided to bring it back as Eunoia 14.

Super sweet, super sticky, thick, big, bold, boozy. One of the darkest thickest set of legs I’ve ever seen on a beer-like brown port with particulates. I had barrel aged Super Sticky Fingers by Werk Force last night. This is more super and stickier. Great stuff.

5 ounce pour at the Elmhurst location.
Near black and thick looking. Aromas of cinnamon, maple and coconut. Flavors are the same with some barrel thrown in. Smooth and as thick as it looks.
Would have liked more barrel, but it’s delicious. Has a more gentle, but effective touch with the cinnamon and maple that really works.
