16oz can. Canning date bottom stamp is crunched but the canning date is sometime in September of 2023.
Hazy, pale gold colored body. Two fingers of white head, and this results in islands and a high ring. Leaves behind some wide rings of lacing.
Aroma is orange, melon, and pineapple, but vague.
Taste is tropical fruit - mango, papaya, and pineapple, citrus fruit - orange, and melon. Similar to a fruit marmalade. Has a depth of sweetness that stays away from being saccharine. Some minor citrus pith in the aftertaste but bitterness is low.
More than medium mouth feel, with a syrup texture. Passes over the tongue as a sweet fruit nectar. Very good carbonation.
Still very flavorful and balanced after ninety days in the can. Too easy to quaff at its 7.8% ABV.

16 fl oz. can, canned 09/0?/23 date is smeared but about a month in the can. More Phase Three goodness, I'm expecting great stuff since these guys know how to churn em out.
A: Pours super juicy, pulpy, 'hazy'. Some good sticky lacing clinging to the glass. Looks pretty nice.
S: Aroma hit me as soon as I popped the tab. Super nectary & juicy. Tons of mango, pineapple, papaya, peach flesh. Packed full of fruitiness & tropical flavor.
T: Absolutely delicious. Juicy, tropical, fruity, tons of mango, papaya, pineapple, perhaps just a slight hint of booze warmth. Not harsh or acidic; there is definite balance retained here that so many other breweries miss the mark on.
F: Super smooth, juicy, clean, medium-light, & easy-drinking for the moderate 7.8% abv. I would dare to call this borderline crushable.
Overall, another excellent hazy DIPA from Phase Three. These guys have quickly become one of my new favorite Illinois breweries.
