Had on tap. Shimmering black stout pour, no head. Smell and taste both capture the banana foster pancake vision: banana and strong cinnamon start, soft vanilla and the malt base next with slightly more boozy leaning barrel encompassing it all in a pleasant way with light maple tones. Exactly what it is supposed to be while also being what could be, radical! Feel warm and full yet very smooth, sweetness and booziness both stay in check, but not as complex for sure. Fun stout with ingredients that are not always the norm or translate as well, so point for that
