Had on tap. Pitch black stout pour with only a short lived brown cap. Nose is the highlight with big marshmallow and pistachio atop the usual P3 stout trappings and smooth barrel. Taste has the marshmallow big at first, then upon warming the pistachio emerges more as a lesser partner. Bourbon, dark chocolate, dark oak, char, vanilla and molasses support in that order of intensity. Feel is smooth and full, with the sweetness never getting too cloying, warming more than anything. Seems appropriate for early winter festivities
