16oz can. Bottom stamp reads 'PACKAGED 12-05-2023'.
Cloudy, deep gold colored body. Two fingers of off white head, which settles back to a thin cap and high ring. Leaves behind partial bands of lacing.
Aroma is orange, grapefruit, pineapple, and mango. Touch of dank pine.
Taste has a sweet malt base but the main flavors come from hops - orange, pineapple, mango, grapefruit, dank pine, and a bit of muskmelon and berry.
More than medium mouthfeel. Smooth texture with some froth. Very good carbonation.
Solid IPA with lots of flavors, and a balance between the sweet and dank bitterness.

Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (10% clarity), deep and dusky orange color with a large off-white head. SRM of 9. (4.00)

Aroma: Strong aromas of orange, tangerine, some hints of guava and pineapple. (4.00)

Flavor: Strong flavors of orange, peach, pineapple. Some tropical melon and berries to support. Smooth and creamy. (4.25)

Feel: Medium bodied, average, carbonation, smooth, and creamy. (4.25)

Compared to Phase Three Cloud Street 12/2023: Pours darker, milder head. Stronger aromas. More creamy berries, pineapple, melon. Less guava, citrus, and zest. Smoother and creamier, more tropical.

Compared to Hop Butcher Myriad of Pyramids 1/2024: Pours darker, similar head. Similar aromas. Similar orange, melon, and berry flavors. Slightly more dankness.

Compared to Phase Three DDH Doggone Delish 1/2024: Pours darker, similar head. Similar aromas. More tropical berry flower and tropical melon, berries, and citrus. Less grapefruit citrus, white grape zest. Sweeter.

Compared to Hop Butcher Reply and Unwind 1/2024: Pours darker, similar head. More berry flower and dankness. Less OJ, fruit punch, tropical fruit. More somoth and less Sweet. Winner: Phase Three.

Compared to Phase Three DDH Unchecked Imagination 1/2024: Pours slightly darker, milder head. Milder aromas. More overripe berries and floral bite. Less smooth orange and tropical fruit. Slightly more astringent and less smooth. Very similar. Winner: Unchecked Imagination slightly.

Compared to Phase Three DDH Perpetual Sounds 1/2024: Pours darker, milder head. Milder aromas. More resinous pine and orange citrus. Less tropical berry and floral notes. More bitter and heaiver.

Compared to Phase Three DDH Trio of Stars 1/2024: Pours darker, milder head. Stronger aromas. More tropical melon, blueberry, bubblegum. Less tangerine and mango skins.

Compared to Hop Butcher Mirror Ball 2/2024: Pours darker, similar head. Similar aromas. Similar flavors. Slightly more resinous pine. Lesss tropical blueberry. More bitter and less smooth. Winner: Mirror Ball

Overall: Fantastic Mosaic notes. Somes the Mosaic gets a bit too dank, but this one is tropical, creamy, and smooth. Almost reminiscent of Hop Butcher's Jewels in the way that it makes the Mosaic flavor almost bright. Some decent dankness. Fresh AF and excellent haze as always from Phase Three. (Rating: 4.18)
