Tropical and citrusy with more orange than grapefruit. Good balance and really nice for all Amarillo.

Appearance: Pours a completely hazy pale yellow/golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 6. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange, nectar, orange flesh, tropical mandarin orange, berries. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of orange, orange nectar, mandarin orange, tropical melon and berries. Tropical orange lingers. Finishes fairly dry. (4.00)
Feel: Medium-bodied, appropriate carbonation. Finishes faintly meaty, fairly dry. (4.00)
Compared to BlackStack More Than Just A Phase 7/24: Pours darker, clearer, stronger head. Milder aromas. L:ess pineapple, mango, stonefruit. More orange, tangerine, orange flesh, and melon. Drier.
to Toppling Goliath DDH King Sue 7/24: Pours lighter, similar aromas. Less orange zest and flower. More tangerine, orange flesh, tropical notes. More dense and tropical. Overall fairly similar.
to Phase Three Electric Feeling 8/24: Pours identical. Milder aromas. More tangerine, orange flower. Less guava, grapefruit, tropical melon, stonefruit, mango. Winner: Electric Feeling
to Phase Three House Plants 8/24: Pours darker, milder head. Milder aromas. Less lemon, grapefruit, pear, pineapple, green melon. More thick blood orange and tangerine. Winner: House Plants
Compared to Phase Three Rule Of Thirds 8/24: Pours darker, milder head and aromas. Less white grape, grapefruit. pineapple. More tropical orange, tangerine, stonefruit resin. Sweeter.
Overall: All Amarillo here. Not a hop I have appreciated much. Tangerine, orange, mandarin orange, but with some tropical notes as well. Complex flavors, another fantastic beer from Phase Three. (Rating; 3.95)
