A welcome addition to our seasonal line-up. Introducing, P3 Festbier! Less malty than our P3 Oktoberfest, our Festbier features crisp, herbal hop character balanced with stein-worthy notes of crackery bread dough.

Rather sudsy pour -- near gusher. No visible dating on the can.

L -- Clear, deep gold with a thick, white head.

S -- Light doughiness with light herbal hops back.

T -- Doughiness up front with some light stonefruit notes and woodsy, herbal hops. Finish and AT are bitter, herbal hops and some mild sour, vegetal DMS back.

F -- Mouthfeel is soft to crisp with a light medium body.

O -- While not hopped in an American style, this beer still seems like it could use a bigger malt presence. It's not undrinkable, just pretty lackluster.

12oz, thanks to Ken for the can to try!
L: clear golden body capped by a frothy ivory head
S: biscuit, dough, herbal hops
T: biscuit, light caramel, dough, grassy & herbal hops
F: lighter body, ample carbonation, finishes dry and more bitter than expected
O: this was good but I prefer their P3 Oktoberfest

Clear golden body, finger of eggshell white foam, with thick bands of crowned lacing. Smells of bready yeast, cereal grain, honey malt, and faint grassy hops. Taste much the same, more malty than it smelled less grainy. Feel is clean and somewhat crisp, medium-light bodied, and has a decently hopped end. Prefer their marzen but this is well made
