Dining Daydream is a 5.2% Bernsteinfarbenes Weizen, an old school German-Style wheat beer that translates to "amber-colored wheat." Brewed with a high percentage of wheat malt and toasty, bready barley malts, this beer has a full mouthfeel packed with notes of toasted artisan bread, and the traditional Bavarian wheat yeast brining forth notes of banana and clove. This is a hefeweizen brewed for the cooler Fall weather.
