Over the past few summers we've given you Lake Trip, our nice little pale ale perfect for stocking the cooler for your weekend adventures out on the lake. Here, we bring you a crispy little west coast-style pale ale we packed with some malted wheat for some additional body, while still keeping it light and easy drinking. This time, no cooler needed, just pack some snow around it and dig one out when you're ready. 5.2%

Canned 2/4/25 (3 weeks ago)
Appearance: Pours a completely clear, medium golden color with a strong white head that lingers. SRM of 5. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of lemon, wheat, some pine and spices. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of lemon, some orange, then pine and grapefruit follow. Bitterness follows thereafter but also some sweet lemon and wheat finishes. (3.75)
Feel: Medium-bodied, strong carbonation. Moderately bitter, mildly sweet. (4.00)
Overall: Phase Three less than a month fresh, doesn't get better than that. This is their west-coast pale ale. Lemon, some wheat, with a light pine. Not overly bitter or hoppy, but enough. Clean, and just the right amount of sweetness. This makes for great drinkability. (Rating: 3.9+ I'd give it a 4+)
