An imperial IPA under 8% alright,,,, Florally scented juice bomb that gives some nice papaya and subdued resinous flavor. A great beer! not the best I've had from Phase Three but would drink again, easily! Maybe at an imperial IPA ABV
Knocked the overall down from a 4.5 to a 4.0 due to this being categorized as a double / imperial IPA. We already deal with imperial IPAs being called "triple" all the time - this is a pretty high abiv beer but not quite double territory. Advertising it as what it is would be a positive,
