A brewery that inspires us, led by our friend Henok, hailing from Sweden, Omnipollo. With beautiful, well-thought-out beers and stunning labels, they've made their way to the top. We smashed their Fatamorgana process and ingredients with Pixel to create this super silky, Citra and Nelson Sauvin hopped hazy IPA. Expect notes of tropical fruit and white grape.

A - A very pale yellow body, very hazy and largely opaque, white head fades quickly, wispy thin cap, with lots of lacing.
S - Pours out with a tropical nose, pineapple and papaya, with orange and grapefruit citrus highlights, and a bit of hop dankness.
T - Flavor is citrus forward and pineapple and mango notes, moderate acidity in the middle with a bit of malty sweetness, and a dry, pith sharpness in the close.
M - Prickly open, soft, moderate weight, fairly clean finish.
O - Lovely version of Pixel, with a great range of flavor. Another excellent job.
