Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (10% clarity) medium to pale yellow color with a strong white head. SRM of 6-7. (4.00)
Aroma: Aromas of pineapple, peach, blueberries. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of orange, mango, blueberries. A light pine/pineapple bit off the finish (4.25)
Feel: Medium-body, strong carbonation. Clean and light pine/pineapple bite on the finish. Dry. (4.00)
Compared to Phase Three Baguette Bonanza 7/25: Pours identical. Similar aromas. Less pineapple, guava, mango sorbet. More peach, tropical berries. Winner: Riot Sip
Compared to Phase Three Doggone Delish 7/25: Pours darker, milder aromas. More pineapple, tangerine, melon. Less white grape, citrus flower, berries. Winner: Doggone Delish
to Phase Three Rule Of Thirds 8/25: Pours similar, milder head. Milder aromas. More peach and blueberries. Less grape, citrus zest. Similar.
Overall: A interesting hop flavor with Triumph and Krush providing a tropical melon, blueberry, peach flavor. The BRU-1 provides a nice pineapple balance. This is excellent complex from the unique hop combination. (Rating: 4.10)
