16oz can, dated 06.23.2025, poured into a 16oz tumbler glass. Enjoyed on 07.05.2025, reviewed from Tasting Journal.
The beer pours a very hazy pale straw color, soft gold and orange hues, thick soapy white head, great retention and lacing. The aroma is bursting with citrus, tons of grapefruit and orange, very floral, sweet pink lemonade, some earthy green hop, pale dough, and mineral water. The flavors also are super citrus forward, definitely a sweet pink lemonade thing, underlying grapefruit and some bitter green earthy hop, dank and grassy, with some sweet dough. The mouthfeel is coating, lively medium body that doesn't feel chewy with a zippy and crisp dry finish.
Verdict: A nice DIPA from Phase 3. Super citrusy, fruity and a little on the sweet side but there is a nice earthy counterbalance.
