Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (10% clarity) medium to pale, dusky, yellow color with a strong white head. SRM of 6. (4.00)
Aroma: Aromas of orange, pineapple, bright melon, papaya, white grape, berry flowers. (4.00)
Flavor: Flavor follows with orange, tangerine, raspberry, papaya pineapple, white grape, and tropical berry flower. (4.25)
Feel: Medium-body, strong carbonation. Smooth, but relatively dry finish. (4.00)
Overall: Excellent hop combo from Phase Three here. Balances tropical notes from El Dorado and HBC 630, with the brightness of Citra and Nelson. Papaya, berries, plus some white grape, pineapple, and citrus. Excellent. (Rating: 4.10)
