Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (10% clarity) medium to pale yellow color with a strong white head. SRM of 7. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange, tropical, pineapple, coconut, lychee, and lime. Some pints of underwrite mango skin papaya underneath. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of lemon citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, coconut, guava and lime with some light mango skins and papaya underneath. (4.00)
Feel: Medium body, strong, carbonation, finishes, rather zesty and clean. (4.00)
Compared to Phase Three Doggone Delish 7/25: Pours similar, stronger aromas. More lychee, guava, lime, pineapple/coconut. Less white grape, floral notes, berries.
to Phase Three Baguette Bonanza 8/25: Pours similar. Similar aromas. Less tropical berries. More lime sorbet. Overall somewhat similar
Overall: A new release from Phase Three. Has HBC 1019 which gives it some pineapple/coconut flavors plus Elani which has a lychee, lime, and guava zesty flavor with hints of mango. Very nice. The Elani hop sort of reminds me of a milder Sabro flavor. Very nice and unique. (Rating: (4.00)
