Our easygoing oatmeal stout built for cold-weather drinking. Layered with chocolate and caramel malts and just enough roast to keep it balanced. A creamy mouthfeel from flaked oats ties it all together. We decided to do a variant of Chestnut Praline for a fun take.

Had on tap. Brownish black opaque pour with a sustained light brown head, waves of lacing. Smell has roasted malt, baker's chocolate, oat, toasted caramel, and earth before getting a brighter shot of chestnut and vanilla. Taste is pretty much the same as the nose, it really lets you linger in the dark depths before the sweeter chestnut finish. Feel has lush and warm waves of oat and malts before the brighter and playful finish. Fun Christmas time variant, but prefer the orignal
