Phase Three Brewing Company

For Blend 2026, we stepped deliberately outside our comfort zone, assembling a trio of beers that came together with unexpected harmony. The blend is composed of 40% strong ale aged 27 months in apple brandy casks, 40% imperial stout aged 26 months in bourbon barrels, and 20% imperial brown ale aged 41 months in bourbon barrels. Each component devloped independently and then was thoughtfully blended to highlight both contrast and balance. The resulting beer offers notes of baker’s chocolate, baked apple, and brown sugar, layered with warm spice and a deep, lingering richness.
