P3 Hefe is our take on the classic Bavarian-style wheat ale. Brewed with a traditional yeast strain, it delivers notes of ripe banana, soft clove spice, and fresh baked bread. Light-bodied, naturally hazy, and highly refreshing with a smooth, effervescent finish.

I've had several of these and I keep hoping they get a bit better. They are fine, but just fine.
The dominant note is banana and then lemon. Surprisingly low carbonation.

I’m not sure how this can even be considered a hefe. Way too hoppy barely any banana note tastes more like an ipa a style which I happen to hate. Feels too light no weight looks good but barely any smell and none of the classic hefe flavors I was looking forward to
