This one’s for the whole Bourbon Belly crew and all their spots. We brewed it with the nearby Prairie Path and Great Western Trail in mind—a clean, bright West Coast Pale Ale to put back after a long day outside. Leans hard into that classic Mosaic & El Dorado combo for a sharp hit of citrus and pine.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing on the glass. It smelled of orange, grapefruit, caramel and pine. Sweet fruity taste with toasted caramel and a sharp bitterness.
