This easy drinking ale is bursting with flavor! The biscuity malt profile is perfectly balanced with a mild sweetness filled with hints of strawberry and creamsicle. Delightfully refreshing and light, this Blonde will getcha!

Taster flight at brewery. Pale golden pour, light white foamy head. Grainy, grassy aroma. Taste is biscuits malts, more grains, smooth. Finishes dry, clean.

16oz can poured into a tumbler; pours out a clear pale gold with a small white head. Straight-forward blonde ale with a light floral, sweet character that finishes clean and spritzy in the mouthfeel. Pale malt, bready, honey-like sweetness, and a touch of citrus and minor orange characteristics. Just fine for a blonde ale.

i have to confess, i didnt find this blonde ale to be particularly ambitious, if its supposed to be a reference to something other than the recipe, i dont get it, but this is a pretty standard blonde ale as they go. that said, its well made, and i was impressed with the overall quality of the beer here pretty much across the board, so its better than many, but just didnt pop out to me as anything particularly distinct or creative. i suppose there might be just a little more of a robust hop profile here than a lot of these have, but its never very better, just sort of a floral wash right on the swallow, which is a nice way to cap off the honey notes in the malt profile and the clean mineral complexion the beer has. notes of straw and hay, fresh flowers, and a very minimal fermentation profile. its just off dry, but the hops help it finish fast, and the carbonation is pretty good too, not through the roof, but enough to make this lively and refreshing. it was definitely the hoppy beers that impressed me the most here, but this is a solid blonde ale, just dont let the name trick you into thinking its anything unconventional at all...
