This New England IPA features Idaho Gem and Mosaic hops. With a massive amount of dry hop additions, this NEIPA boasts pleasant stone fruit and pineapple aromas and finishes with smooth berry jam flavors. A soft, pillowy mouthfeel and mellow bitterness makes this IPA seriously addicting.

idaho gem and mosaic hops in this absolutely delicious hazy ipa, my favorite beer i had in here, among a number of good ones, they really have something going with this! its softly hazy, wheaty colored yellow with a uniform cloudiness and a niee airy white soda head. aroma here is big white fruit, grape, gooseberry, currant, peach, its crazy bright and summery, a little piquant even, amazingly fragrant and the flavor is just as forward. i like how reserved the malt is even though this is a hazy, like not only is the flavor fresh and light but so is the body, so it drinks real easy for the style, and the hops are just elevated to a whole new level, especially the mosaic, which quite clearly finds a cool synergy with the idaho gem, its totally transformed in this from its usual canned pineapple and cat pee complexion. i dont know a lot about idaho hops, except perhaps idaho 7 now, but idaho gem is relatively new to me. seems like the sky is the limit with this one, and it even exhibits some new zealand properties here. a lovely beer, balanced and fruity and a very long apex on it, they should be proud of themselves for this one, definitely their best work to date, at least that i have had. bravo!
