Wiley is here! Named after the newest addition to the Jim Dandy Family, little Wiley Gove. He's mighty strong, the perfect amount of sweet, and just made his imperial debut! Our newest imperial stout is thick, creamy, and filled with milk chocolate sweetness in the nose. Pours with a creamy espresso head, while hints of fig, chocolate torte, and bittersweet bakers chocolate round out the finish, to provide the perfect compliment of dessert sweetness and mellow bitterness.

Taster flight at brewery. Near black pour, a few beige bubbles. Woody, roasty aroma, chocolate. Taste brings mild sweetness,notes of chocolate, woody and nutty.
