Served on tap at Wolf & Warrior in White Plains, NY.
A: Pours a hazy golden color with a one to two finger, foamy, white head, nearly a finger of foamy retention, but somewhat soapy lacing.
S: Vegetal aromas of asparagus and arugula with a little lemon note.
T: Dry. Flavors favor the nose with the addition of a bit of earthiness. Light but cumin-like bitterness. Slightly sweet at the back end. Very refreshing.
M: Light to medium bodied with solid carbonation.
O: A wet hopped Pale Ale made with hops produced by and for the brewer. An interesting and most enjoyable one, at that.
