Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a muffin top pint glass; no production information, but purchased at the brewery last week.
A: Pours an opaque, golden to amber color with a one finger, yellow chiffon head, rim retention, and spotty lacing.
S: Fruity with aromas of pineapple, peach/nectarin, caramel, vanilla, and just hints of grapefruit and pine.
T: Semisweet. Flavors largely follow the nose, but more grainy and lots of pine, almost minty, as it warms. Middle range bitterness.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Alcohol not so much in evidence (surprisingly). Smooth at first, but cannot quite call it creamy (as I would have thought, given the flaked oats), because of a sharp bite at end.
O: Really basically an Imperial NEIPA. Drinks interestingly. Would definitely recommend.
