Presentation: 12oz brown. Freshness date clearly marked.
Appearance: Straw-yellow with a wispy head and thick creamy white froth that clings to the sides of the glass.
Smell: Aromas of curing spices, orange peel and spicy Saaz hops. Extremely aromatic.
Taste: Citrus from beginning to end with an underlining malt body that keeps the brew balanced. The alcohol is slightly warming, but present. Spicy hop bitterness is introduced in the beginning and lingers to the end. Orange peel and coriander flavours give an almost traditional marmalade characteristic to this brew -- fading into the end.
Notes: Dare I say, "to drinkable for this beers strength?" A perfect blend of spice, malt and hop.
